  • I scheduled a ride the afternoon before my flight. The time for pick-up arrived and no cab. When I called the company they said they had no record of the booking. I actually talked to the dispatcher a couple of times trying to get good directions to my location. The only good thing I can say is the morning dispatcher did give me 2 numbers for companies closer to my location.
