It is the crew that makes this company. I see their faces in the pictures on this page and recognize them. It is clear they love what they do, and they take a great deal of pride. I am an absolute perfectionist in cleaning -- when I stayed home I took q-tips dipped in bleach to clean baseboard grooves and air vents and washed light bulbs. The cleaning crew exceeding my expectations. I almost didn't use the company because I found Diane to be less than friendly - the only way I know to put it was that she made me feel I was fortunate she took my phone call and spoke to me, and when I called to talk about the $862 charge saying the girls made a mistake in addition, her tone reads defensive and I'm sure she absolutely doesn't mean that. They were charging me for bringing their equipment in and didn't start work until 10 or 15 past the hour and Diane ended up making that adjustment. I'm a double masters in marketing, going on to my Ph.D. and "face the customer" for a living, being that public voice for my company in marketing and business development so from one end to the other treat everyone as if they are the only client and always have to earn their business even if we are the best. It's the only area of improvement I would suggest -- that level of communication facing the buyer. There's not a single other area of improvement here -- in fact, it's the ladies in these photos who make this business and make it a 10+ ... there aren't enough stars to rank the level of service here. The crew delivers the message that a customer is valuable, that retention is only one cleaning away, and that's good enough for me to rank this service as fabulous - it's all in the cleaning crew and I highly recommend! You won't be sorry.
