Walmart definitely lacks in customer service. I give a 2 because the people working the floor were friendly.
When I get to check out the couple in front of me attempted to check out 3 times. The problem was that the connection was down and transaction could not be processed. The clerk was flustered and not prepared to handle the situation. Well, 3rd times a charm it worked. My turn. Guess what happened the first time? You got it could not be processed. Tried again same thing happened. So clerk calls over front end supervisor "Linda", pretty sure that was her name. Well the clerk tries to explain the situation and Linda cuts her off. I try to explain she cuts me off. The lady behind me tries to explain, and yep, she cuts her off. Tells me I don't have money in my account but I can go over to dotty's and try there ATM.
Trying to keep cool and knowing I have money in my account, I walk over to self check out. Buy some tictacs no problem. So instead of spending 5 dollars to get money from the ATM I go back to another line. Linda brings my cart over and dissapears, does not tell new clerk what is going on. So, no fault of hers I explain that my items need to be rerung. And tada transaction goes through. So thanks walmart for not properly training your supervisors in custome and wasting 45 minutes of my day. Not to mention the fact that the woman insulted me by saying I have no money in my account. One reason I avoid the juggernaut that is walmart.
