  • Worst service I've experienced in Vegas! Looking fwd to the experience of the ceiling 3D and having a drink but the bartender SHERRI ruined it for us! She did not greet us, first words that came out of her mouth "you know what you want?" Not even a "good afternoon, how you doing?" My boyfriend then asked for a cocktail menu and she seemed bother by it. Then when we wanted to modify a drink from the menu she smirked in a rude way! Wow then she said she was gonna charge us more!!! She needs customer service training ASAP! She makes this casino look bad. We left immediately! Thanks SHERRI for ruining our experience!
