We just went today and was in line at 6:45 PM and the lady that helped us was Mrs Ortega. She was so rude to us. Going as far as to tell us if we don't like it then we did not have to shop there. All because we said the store closes at 7PM and she literally told us that no that is when they walk out the door. That they stop checking customers out at 6:50. We have been going to this thrift store for over 15 years and have NEVER encountered this cashier. She is horrible to say the least. I thought Salvation army was pro customers. To have one of your cashiers rudely tell your loyal customer to take their business elsewhere is unbelievable. I can only hope they let this Mrs Ortega. We asked for her name and she covered up her name tag FYI but we were able to see her last name before she covered it.
