If I could give this dealership a -5,I would. They are arrogant and insulting with the offer they made when we brought in TWO cars for trade. They basically take the Edmunds value and offer you half of what a trade-in is worth. I guess they assume that people don't do their homework, and treat everyone as if they're first time car buyers. They don't even try to negotiate. Their smug arrogance makes them a place that I would never recommend, and in talking to other friends and finding out they've been there they have had similar experiences: Steer clear! They do not treat their customers "right". Ironically. (They don't even offer bottled water or snacks) If you have a trade they will try to rip you off. And they probably won't give you much incentives on new cars either. We went to the BMW dealer who gave us an excellent fair trade on our vehicles and ended up buying a 2018 340i(rare Tanzanite blue) car for almost the same price we would've ended up paying if we took Hondas low ball offer. And they let us walk! They didn't even try to keep us.. So Right Honda lost the sale and we bought a much nicer car from BMW. With seamless service and excellent customer service. Right Honda is the wrong move.
