  • Ava's is a fun place to stop. It offers reasonably priced drinks, good beer selections, tap and other wise and some great food. Yes, thats right, great food. I was pleasantly surpised with the chips and dips, sandwiches and snacks. Avas usually offers fresh pop corn, video games, music, and pleasant conversation all in an aged but clean environment. Sorry, no patio but its still a great local place to eat and tip a few. Of all of the reviews written about Ava's all of them miss the best part to the establishment. The vodkas... Literally half of the back bar wall is filled with the largest variety of vodkas I have ever seen in a bar. The only larger selection would be found at a liquore store. If you are not sure what to drink as Ava she is always mixing some great drinks that she calls her own. So if your up for a beer or cocktailing stop at Ava's. I did and it keeps bringing me back. Afterall theres at least thirty or forty vodkas left to try.
