Alex is a straight out liar. Your driver WAS NOT at the airport. In your own words he was "on his way". You never 'explained the cancelation policy' and never once told me I had a profile already. If that where the case why did you ask me for my address and phone number every time I called? Never once saying "hi kelly, we have your information on file. Thank you for choosing is AGAIN". Finally, when I called for the last pick up you certainly did not ask for credit card information. The first words out of your mouth were 'are you going to cancel on us this time'? I then told you you were unprofessional, I would not be treated that way and would find another company. You said fine and we hung up. Jerk!!! I was the one who offered my credit card info when making my first reservation with you. And you said....nope we don't need it now, just give it to the driver. After using a single car service in Chicago for several years and them truly having my profile, including credit card info, I was surprised to find you so nonchalant about everything.
You are such a liar and have now proven my point. You have no clue how to treat customers. Look forward to spreading the word and seeing you drive a taxi again soon, in some third world country.
Good customer service means taking accountability for your short comings in addition to accepting praise. You do neither gracefully. Yeh, I like the discounts you offer for those who give good reviews, and then write your own reviews from different IP addresses. Yelp war afoot!!
Liar! Done! Quit arguing with your customers, too. It's not an attractive quality.
