We journeyed to STACK to try the brisket and were not disappointed. The smell of the smoker from two blocks away brought a smile to my face. The brisket was a bit on the dry side, though the fatty pieces were great. We are in Toronto, so it's hard to hold them to Texas standards on the meat. The BBQ sauces were stellar.
The excellent and enthusiastic servers and manager made our trek to STACK even more worthwhile. We even got a tour of the smoker. These people take their BBQ seriously.
