Worst customer service I have ever had. I'm sure because of the same person from the other comments. This girl just seems she DOESN'T care. Ok here is my story, i purchased a tv stand from the store. It was the second time I purchase d furniture from this store all because they do free delivery. First time I went to the store was a middle age guy who assisted me. He told me they do free delivery on any purchases. And I didn't have any problems at the first time. Until the second time after I purchased a tv stand, I had to change the delivery time because my class started. I called them and it was that girl answered the phone( I recognized her voice), told her I need to change the delivery time. She said ok but I can only leave a note to the delivery people. She also said they can only deliver at 5pm. I asked her again to change the date on case so I can be home. The next day, sure enough I got a call from the Store saying they're gonna deliver the furniture that day. So my call from the day before apparently didn't do anything. I was upset because I made very clear that I would not be able at home that time they gave me. This girl sounded like she didn't remember anything. Maybe she's just forgetful with her job or I don't know. She tried to cut me off while I was talking. And she hung up on me! Eventually the furniture still got delivered on the same day, and it was 845pm. Absolutely the worst customer service in town. I will never buy anything again from there.
