  • Today at the Jimmy Choo in the forum shops I experienced zero customer service. I walked in and the only sales person (a male employee) was texting on his phone. I walked back to try and get his attention but he was too busy texting. I was really interested in buying a nice bag. Instead I went to Versace which is a million times better. They are both professional and classy there!
