It truely pains me to have to write this as my family has been going here for over 20 years, but I guess all good things come to an end. If you would have asked me 15 years ago, I would have said their food is the best in town.........today it is mediocre AT BEST and I found two hairs in my food- one a grey hair about 2 inches long, the other about an inch long and I could not determine the color. They have let their food quality slip quite a lot, which in Phoenix Arizona is pretty sad to find sub par Mexican food. The competition for Mexican food here is fierce because of how many restaurants there are, and even though I hate to do so, I will be going to one of a million other Mexican food restaurants from now on. I would think that the insane amount of competition would encourage them to "up their game" instead of let it go down the drain. I feel that unless they take some pride in their food, their generic dated menu and very bland food will drive their doors shut.
