  • Good food, terrible service! Not accommodating what so ever... I'm sorry, but to get a good review from me, good food and good service comes hand in hand and it's a must! We ordered 2 orders of bun bo hue (spicy noodle soup), yes I get it, it's supposed to be spicy. I can handle the spice, but my fiance cannot, lol ... of course the noodles arrive and as soon as I tasted it I knew he couldn't handle it... The spice level must have been at least an 8! So when the server comes over and asked if it was OK, I told her it was too spicy for him, and if they could remake another bowl for him since he only took two bites. Her reply was that we should have told the server how spicy we wanted it. Umm yea obviously I would have, but the server who took the order did not ask. Mind you my fiance is Vietnamese and his mom makes this dish for us all the time, not to mention we've ordered this many times, many different restaurants and it's never came out this spicy! So long story short, the server refuses to remake the bowl and tells us we will be charged double, I told her that makes NO SENSE! But whatever. ... There are way too many restaurants in Vegas to trip over this one restaurant, so BYE FELICIA!!!!
