I have been coming here for over a year and I honestly feel like this is one of the best sushi bars in vegas! Ayce sushi usually means a little bite of fish on a huge chunk of rice but not here. The fish is usually ample and so amazingly fresh! My favorites have to be the salmon and garlic tuna! They also have a great selection of rolls that do not leave you wishing you had gone somewhere else. The superman roll is by far my most favorite roll of the restaurant then the screaming o roll! Those two rolls are what keep me coming back time and time again! So if I were to rate this place on just the quality of the sushi and the rolls it would definitely be a 5 star place but unfortunately there's another part to the stars which is service. The wait staff is awesome some are more attentive then others but generally they all make yoy feel welcome and treat you well and keep your drinks filled up the sushi chefs though are not all wonderful! I feel as though sushi chefs should be personable and care about the people they are serving which I do believe two of them do but there is one sushi chef ( I think his name is danny) (I could be wrong) he is scary and he makes you feel bad for ordering more stuff and even though he's speaking in Japanese you can tell he's complaining about all the people who are there to eat or what they are ordering. He does alot of huffing and puffing and eye rolling sighing and complaining. It's horrible and every time I walk in and see him behind the bar I give a quick prayer that I don't have to sit in front of him or that he's not the main sushi chef for the night cause he makes the other chefs grumpy also. So food is amazing, prices are average for ayce in vegas and the service is great if you don't get the one chef that can make your night rough.
