  • The staff here definitely is more friendly, helpful and talkative than at Guitar Center. No less than one minute after starting to look at the guitar selection a staff member greeted us and asked us if we had any questions or needed help. We did. Actually broke the B string and possibly broke the plastic O-ring on the tuning key too. The guy helping us didn't know if it was in fact broken or if the O-ring was supposed to have a split in it, so he pointed us to the repair section in the back of the store to speak with Jeff, their in house tech. Jeff also greeted us promptly even though he was in the other room and there was no bell on the counter. No clue how he knew we were there. We asked him if we could buy an O-ring and told him what happened. Not only did he give us a new string, he spent a few minutes looking for this tiny little piece of plastic for us, and when he found it told us he wouldn't charge us anything for it. If we have any other issues in the future that we can't fix ourselves, def coming back to see Jeff, even though we didn't buy our guitar there. BTW he's there everyday except for Wed and Thurs. Also Sam Ash seems to have overall better selection of guitars, both high and low end guitars.
