  • Love everything.. Im a very picky person but loved this hotel. when I arrived at the airport contacted hotel and miguel was very pleasant and informed me the shuttle will arrive in 15 min and where to wait at. Jose picked us up and was absolutely great. Shuttle from /to airport FREE ...shuttle to Mandalay FREE..breakfast 6-9 am FREE..internet great connection FREE ...lol. I'm won over. Room was spotless. Very spacious. Outlets are right across the street. Lots of places to shop and eat. Great customer service a+ all the way . this isn't Paris or mgm grand would recommend to families with children completely smoke free location is a bit off but the shuttle does take u to Mandalay and bus passes by frequently 24 hour pass about 8$$.
