| - I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to! I purchased a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Keffer Jeep and have had it in for service at least 12 times in the past 2 years! It took them 4 service calls to figure out why my air conditioning kept going out, they had to replace a cylinder head not even 6 months after I bought it , they've replaced my radio twice and now can't seem to figure out why at times my Jeep just won't start. They've kept my Jeep for weeks at a time with no phone call providing a status update unless I've reached out to them. After much begging and pleading, they did offer me an extended warranty but that doesn't help much with the time, inconvenience, or uncertainty that I could get stranded somewhere when my Jeep won't start. The last time they had my Jeep they said they would see what Chrysler would do to help Keffer out with my Jeep, since Keffer obviously won't stand behind the vehicles they sell. They came back to me (again, after I had to call the general manager, Tom Wilson numerous times) with $3,000 off invoice if I purchased a brand new vehicle from them and said they would give me $27,000 for my Jeep. CarMax has offered me more than that so obviously Keffer is STILL trying to make money off of me even after they sold me a lemon!! Doug in service has been helpful and understanding, but the people in management who can actually do something to make a customer happy are WORTHLESS!!
