  • This is so hard for me to do because typically I love coming here but today was absolutely awful. I noticed last time that the service was a bit slow but today was even worse. The girl who took my order had a HORRIBLE attitude. The line was almost out the door. They had some man who barely knew what he was doing making drinks. It took him like 10 minutes to make 3 drinks and he kept reading the ingredients. I'm currently waiting 15 minutes now on a protein shake =\ I'm sorry but I'm not going to spend $8 on a smoothie somewhere when the workers are slow and have bad attitudes. I won't be coming back here! A bit of advice to management... Hire people who smile and clean up your kitchen floor because it's dirty as hell.
