  • I'm not sure why this hotel got such bad reviews, but I have stayed here on 2 different occasions and we had nothing but great experience. Our room got upgraded ( we had castle view) and AC was working great, our room was cleaned every morning and stocked with toiletries. Checking out was a quick and painless process- on the iPad outside of the elevators by the Tower 2 entrance. We were given a coupon book that had 20$ free voucher for the bar and restaurant, and we got piña coladas there and loved them. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and will probably stay here again- if the price is right :)
