  • Classic steak house, perfect for restaurant week, a solid 4 1/2 star rating all around. The restaurant has been in business since 1950 and the experience shows in the menu, service and ambience. Whether you hang in the bar/lounge or are seated in the luxurious leather booths, you will be treated to an exceptional lunch or dinner. To start, the service staff throughout the restaurant were outstanding and made you feel welcome, this includes the staff in the kitchen as you enter the restaurant through the kitchen, a nice touch. All of the food served during our restaurant week dining event was cooked to perfection and delicious. I will have to return with my wife to try their steaks. Although, my wife did enjoy the 12 ounce prime rib (8 ounce was the restaurant week special but she wanted to try a little larger portion) definitely was in the top three of the best prime ribs we ever had in our life. A restaurant week special that I hope they keep on the menu was the halibut, juicy, flakey pieces as you cut into the perfectly cooked fish, outstanding. We were with another couple for a 7:30 dinner reservation on a Saturday night and never once felt rushed during the meal, another huge plus. Definitely looking forward to returning for one of the other steak choices soon! Enjoy!
