| - Overall, I have decided Terminal C food selections at the Phoenix Airport are scarce, terribly expensive, and not very satisfying. This Starbucks in particular was incredibly slow at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Worst, even though the staff saw me standing behind the man ordering, they didn't say anything to me about standing in the designated cue, which was empty at the time. I admit, it was my fault for not noticing the designated spot to wait, but the guy in front of me didn't see it either and I ignorantly followed suite. Well, 5 ppl showed up and the manager then decides to tell all of us to wait at the cue. So those ppl skipped me, even though I was next in line. Overall, this is obviously very petty, but a major nuisance to me. I felt the situation could have been managed better, but it just seemed like the staff was just apathetic.
