  • Cannot believe this dealership. Bought a Navigator L a little over a year ago. GM was a friend of a friend, he has since left. Called yesterday to schedule a pick up and drop off for our service. We bought all the extras for service and maintenance when we purchased a brand new vehicle. I received a call back today that we were out of their area for pick up and drop off. She recommended Sanderson on Bell because they were closer and then cancelled my appointment. They provided this service 2x's in the past. Is this a place you want to do business with? Not me! By the way, I by accident hit a star. They should get no star.
