  • Office staff is rude, especially Stephanie. Getting prescription refills is like pulling teeth! They want you to get lab tests too often, and they won't give you results if you go out of town. They will mail them to you, but you can't talk to a doctor about them, so what's the use. Wasted our time and money and they don't offer to help you figure out what to do. We'll never go there again. Dr Vause PA also talks down to you.
