  • This will probably be the last time I step foot in here again. This place does have a few positives so let's get those out of the way first. Pros -Great variety of flavors, both ice cream and fruit for smoothies. -Vegan options for those that love that lifestyle. -Board games for entertainment. Cons -Extremely slow service, multiple times it has taken over 10 minutes to fulfill two slush orders. -Service issues. They don't write the orders down or have any kind of display system so they get easily overwhelmed. Frequently they stop back to ask what you ordered and what modifications you may have made. This leads to them focusing on one order at a time which sometimes leaves a long wait and line. -Health code violations. Improper hand washing observed and no gloves used. Also while a staff member was struggling with their cotton candy machine, I observed another female employee eating slushee leftovers from the containers they use to blend in, yes that's correct, and of course, no hand washing after that either. This all occurs while I'm waiting patiently in line, going five minutes without being acknowledged with a hello. I promptly walked out. This type of service is unbelievable and despite them having decent flavors, I would rather drive the extra five minutes to Lees sandwiches to get a smoothie there. I can't believe the incompetence of the management and its employees.
