  • I called ahead for an appointment. When I got inside, I was really impressed with what I saw. Everything was clean and I had plenty of nail polish to pick from while you wait. The girl at the desk told me it would only be a minute or two while the nail stylist finished up with the current customer. After about 30 minutes I was getting really restless. After all, I did call ahead. I noticed the girl in the front was no longer in the front... In fact, she was in the back getting her fresh McDonald's. I was livid. Nobody apologized for the wait, and nobody seemed to be finishing up with their customer. I don't have all day to wait around. I was very disappointed and haven't been back since.
