  • Dominick was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in to get some tubing for a new water softener. Since the copper tubing currently installed is 3/4 inch and the water softener needs a 1in tubing we were expecting a lot of hassle. Dominick asked us if we needed any help and after explaining the situation he asked some probing questions, and found us an easier solution by using a shark bite water softener flex hose connection system as well as the tool if we have to remove it in the future. This saved us a lot of hassle, and time. He made the trip easy for us. Definitely knows what he is doing and is a valuable asset to the store. As a consumer I'd feel very reassured if someone like him was in charge/helping me.
