Soooooooo disappointed! Let's start with the server, Sam. The guy was from New York. I get it. I used to work in NY. I know the attitude... but you're in Vegas now, Sam. Cut it out and be nice and smile at least ONCE during our dinner. Short with answering questions, unfriendly, chip on his shoulder. We asked for drawn butter with our lobster and he brought us a sweet maple syrup or brown sugar infused butter. When I asked what it was he said "drawn butter... he asked for drawn butter so I brought you drawn butter". I mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday. They said they would bring a dessert out. It never came. Initially when we sat down I couldn't hear him and he moved two steps without eye contact and gruffed "can you hear me now". When we hesitated on ordering drinks he just walked away. I had a question but he assumed I wasn't ready. Overall just terrible service from a place I'd expect better from. Dinner for two with tip $250. Please smile and be pleasant or call out and stay home. The valet employees were telling me they just don't care because most parties come 5 people or more and the bill is usually so expensive that the restaurant adds an automatic gratuity so they are spoiled and don't care and don't work for it. I still tipped 20% because the bussers and the food runners were so nice but I won't be going back here. Other restaurants on the strip just as nice if not better at the same price point with much better service.
