  • As a computer guy I like being able to ask for something and have the staff know what Im talking about. They are more expensive than the online alternatives but not by any long shot. They could to to create custom PC bundles/combos still. Its fast easy convenient and I can usualy reason with there busy but still friendly staff. For example my NZXT Gama case was a display, I brought up to the manager that the case looks fine but there might be some problems such as dammage or missing parts and a return is a pain in the back end. So When I asked for %15 off he thought for a second and agreed.
