  • Where should I start first? The customer service at this store is deplorable. The employees at this particular Albertsons will look you right in the face and not greet you with a hello or is there something that I can help you find. The 2 young guys that work in the deli department are extremely rude. There is no reason that a customer should have to wait until you finish your conversation to be waited on. This happened to me twice already, so if they are the ones working when I want something from the deli, I won't get it that day. This store NEVER RESTOCK DURING WEEKLY ADS! I shouldn't have to get a rain check every week. This has been happening for at least a year. I've spoken to 2 of the managers about this and so far nothing has changed. I've been coming in for 3 days now for the Eggo Waffles and they have been out. I finally decided to get a rain check because apparently, this store doesn't care about the customers needs. If you go to this store anytime after 8:30 p.m., expect to wait in a long line. Sometimes they may have 2 cashiers open, but the lines are still long. If you ask if they can call for another cashier, you'll get the "we only have 2 cashiers at night" speech. How about getting another cashier and save the excuses. The quality of customer service has really gone down over the years. Maybe this store needs an employee overhaul and not just a change in bag boys/basket retrievers or whatever they are called. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Recently, the store has been allowing customers to bring in their pets. I've seen 2 Yorkies, a Chihuahua and a Mutt. One guy (with a Yorkie) brings his dog in every time he comes in. Do I even need to go into how unsanitary that is? These are not service dogs so they shouldn't be allowed, PERIOD!!!
