  • Make reservations if you don't want to wait! I called in a couple days before my Vegas trip for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner. He's was eying this place the last time we came so I knew this was the perfect place. I mentioned that it was his birthday and they offered if I wanted to pre-order a dessert and they can put a candle on it. Yes! The day of, we were greeted by the friendly staff and our table was ready to go. It was a Saturday night, it was packed, and people who didn't make reservations were waiting outside. Thank goodness for calling in! We were assisted by the waiter, John, who tended to our every need. Our glasses of water were consistently filled and never did we have to ask for more, even at half full! While waiting, a lady was coming by to take pictures to purchase if you like. We both ordered the Cowboy Rib-eye, medium well, and sides of asparagus and mushrooms. They were cooked to perfection and the taste was HEAVEN! The pieces melted as you bit into them. I would have to say this place tops Ruth's Chris if you've tried them before. If the portions weren't so large, I would have attempted to finish it right there on the spot. The asparagus had a light amount of cream sauce on top and was very tender. The mushrooms were sauteed and was nicely seasoned. After our meal was packaged, they brought out the creme brulee that I ordered and that just topped the night off. The top was had a nice thick crust and inside was very creamy and smooth. There were also a couple of seasonal berries on top. The experience was wonderful, the food was excellent, and we were treated with such great service by the staff. The cost of the dinner is well worth the whole experience and definitely a birthday to remember!
