  • What was supposed to be "one to one and half hours" for an oil change turned out to be more like 2 1/2 hours. I have also recently been to a mechanic and they had given me a heads up that my car needed some service soon (ie battery needs to be replaced) but that I had probably a good 6 months before that was necessary. Goodyear on the other hand all but insisted that they charge me an extra $500 for a bunch of extra work I don't need. Told them to keep their quote and just give me the service I asked for. Definitely not coming back to this place.
