  • This is probably the worst place you can take your pet! I was a customer off and on for 7 years and after today I will never set foot back in that place again!!! A few years ago they cut my dogs,wiskers off and while some people feel it is not an issue with dogs, my dog seems to hate it. Not to mention it doesn't look good on her. They have it written on her profile card in large red words "Do not cut wiskers"!!! Today Saturday April 15 2017 they cut my dogs wiskers AGAIN! I first called and was told by an employee "we appologized what else do you want"? Then I was sulposed to be connected to the owner but instead she hung up on me. I called back and the owner answered with the same bad atu9titude. He asked what compensation I wanted and I asked him what he thought was fair. He told me I need to take my dog somewhere else abd hung up on me. So about 15 minutes later I arrived at the groomer to ask for a refund and I didnt even get to ask. As soon as I walked in the owner started SCREAMING for me to get out. I asked for a refund, he said no! I asked for a receipt, he said no! He called me ignorant. He called the police on me. He told me I couldn't wait for the police because I'd be hungry soon. I asked was he calling me fat, he said he was just looking at "that thing I was resting my hands on" - my stomach... I asked for him to give me back the tip we gave them before we noticed her wiskers, he said no! He turned the music up to the max although he was the only person yelling. He was talking shit to all the customers coming in calling me a nuisance telling to ignore me. I kept calling the police and they eventually after about 90 minutes told me they wouldn't come because it was a civil situation. He told me to call the news, so I did. They contacted me straight back with an email address! I'm waiting on a reply now. I have about 6 videos documenting the situation. Im posting them all on YouTube. #Groomingdales #CrazyMan #HorribleCustomerService I have been contacted by 3 people with pet injuries much worse than my dog's and about a dozen people that have been treated the same way I was!!! This man owns 3 of these locations around town. Pet owners beware!!! He will hurt your pet and blame it on you. He wont hive you a reciept and another customer that he berated contacted me and told me he refused her a reciept so she tried to report him on taxes but apparantly since he provides a service he does not have to provide a reciept! He is insane and dangerous to animals... he says that nothing can be done to stop him but I believe if enough people know what he is doing it will hurt his business enough for him to get his shit together or jump ship!
