  • I've purchased several bikes here...including my newest, today. I'm not a bike guy...just an old guy trying to keep fit. I'm always prepared to feel a bit out of place because of that. However, staff here are always welcoming and patient. This time I briefly worked with Ben, who gave me a good idea what I was looking for...then the next day, extensively with Valerie. Valerie took a lot of time to make sure I had the right bike. Ben and Valerie were awesome and made my experience a very pleasant one. I've used the service department too...those folks do a great job, as well.
