  • It's been over 1 year since my last dental visit *different dentist* when they told me I would need a special irrigation and laser treatment. At the time my financial status was not enough to support such treatments. At random, I recently came across TLC 4 GUMS tv infomercial and decided to give them a try and made the call. The first consultation was today at the Peoria location. My anxiety was pretty high, anticipating the pain and bad news I would hear! I also feared judgement (lecture included) as it's been too long since seeing my former dentist and surely my teeth and gums are in much worse shape now. Dr. Wilson was very informative while educating me on gum care and he also took the time to explain what to expect. He then examined my gums with Michelle (the hygienist) with open communication throughout the exam. Both Dr. Wilson and Michelle made me feel comfortable even when there were several tender/painful spots. After the exam, Dr. Wilson revealed the results and I was waiting for him to say the worst. I was pleasantly surprised...He didn't try to "upsell" me and my gums aren't as bad as I thought! Mariyana at the front desk was also extremely helpful explaining insurance, cost, and appointments. I am looking forward to my next session and excited to implement the plan to getting my gums healthier! I recommend this place and will update my review for the next visit!
