  • We recently used their service because our water heater warranty was only covered by a limited amount of plumbers. They did not arrive until 4 hours later than our given time, they billed us for the time the plumber drove from Henderson to our home in the Southwest which I have never heard of before in my life. He did not quote us a price before, he told verbally an amount to give him cash for with no invoice or receipt so we declined payment until someone from the office would contact us. Numerous phone calls and messages left to call us...still never heard from them until 2 weeks later we received a bill still with the drive time billed. NEVER USE THEM if there could be a negative 20 rating I would have given that. I rarely am this disappointed and trying to resolve it has been a waste of time.
