| - About 6 months ago, we started using College Nannies and Tutors for my stepson, who was struggling with testing habits for a particular class he was enrolled in. With the help of CNT and their team (Alex has been an amazing tutor!), he was able to procure a B, up from a D when he started going to them. Then, most recently, our daughter, was has always been a straight-A student started struggling in her pre-calc class. Unfortunately, she'd gotten so far in the hole that it would've taken a miracle for her to get a passing grade at finals. Literally, with only a week before finals, I frantically reached out to Kim, the owner, and asked if there were any way she could get us in with a tutor on such short notice. She was great! She responded quickly, asked the right questions and within mere minutes was able to line up a tutor for 3 one and a half hour sessions each. When your child goes in, they ask that they bring with them some recent tests to show the tutor so that they can see where they are struggling, along with any notes, or review sheets. No joke, our daughter got an 86 on the final. She told us that when her tutor (again, the amazing Alex) saw her tests and notes, he immediately saw that she was just missing a step in the calculations here and there and once he showed her how to correct them, she said it was like the light turned on. Thank you thank you thank you for CNT, for Kim and for Alex. I highly advise that you consider them for your kids. As much as we loved their help, and as effective they have been for both of our kids, I can honestly say with the best admiration that we never want to use them again, but that's merely because if we have to it means our kid is struggling LOL. But, if they are struggling, it's so refreshing to know we have a wonderful place such as CNT to send them to and get positive outcomes! Great place, great team and great resources.
