Wow. I knew I wasn't the only who had a bad experience here ( more than once ). But wow. The customer service is non existing. First off, my order was 2 cheeseburgers, a ten piece nuggets, M fries, and a sweet tea. The order I got was a big Mac and a fries..
But that's okay. People make mistakes. I've worked in food and messed up plenty of time. The only rule is customer service is, make it up the them. Make it right. So I went back, and Veronica the manager, told me she couldn't give me the correct order because I didn't bring back the wrong order. Basically telling my I'm lying. So I went home, got the food. I went inside this time. Showed her everything in the bag and asked if she felt stupid making it so difficult to get what I paid for. She then told me I won't get anything because I verbally " abused " her. So I paid, and got no food. I paid for a shitty experience.
