The new management moved in a year ago and I did give them the benefit of the doubt and I did renew my lease with them for the second year. But I broke my lease six weeks before my lease actually ended because I had an infestation of scorpions. I found out they are the ones that crawl on the walls. The worst was when the day that the bug people were coming they gave them the wrong key so they couldn't get in and I found another one that day that they were supposed to come. Management gave me the runaround and finally we came to an agreement so I could leave early. Management has a lot on their plate with trying to get the apartments renovated for new people to move in. I feel like they should just renovate all the apartments kick everyone out and make it into condos to buy not rent. That way management doesn't have to go to every maintenance request inside the home it would just be the homeowners issue. Since it takes management forever to do a simple light bulb fix in the first place.
I will say the one good thing is that the rent is pretty low so if someone's looking for a safe place to live, crime wise not bug wise, this is a good place to start. Also the floorplans are awesome.
