My son started at this location at 12 weeks old when I returned to work. We left this location when the teachers I trusted with him also both left.
There was a teacher in the infant room (Maryam) that I could tell was not nurturing or caring toward the babies. I would often sit there in the mornings because I wasn't leaving my child until the other teachers showed up. I witnessed her stepping on the infants hands and not even picking them up when they cried. I also saw her feeding infants in the bouncers instead of an appropriate feeding place- totally not safe for an infant that can choke to eat laying down. I brought to her attention another infant that appeared to have pink eye only to have her do nothing about it and get a call later that day that my son had pink eye. And if those are the things that she did with a parent watching, I hate to think how she behaved when a parent wasn't there.
I brought these concerns to the Director (Becky) and owner (Natalia) myself and their biggest concern seemed to be whether or not I was going to report them to the state board- not addressing the issues.
