  • This was hands-down the most painful pedicure I've ever had. And I am cool with a buzzsaw taken to my feet. The guy who did my pedi was very rough. One of my big toe nails is very sore from the gouging. I had the side of my nail removed many years ago due to an ingrown and he thought the little piece that sometimes comes back was an ingrown. I tried to explain that was not the case and the gouging finally stopped. Then, I got to experience filing part of my foot that was not a callous. When I yelped in pain, he stopped completely and did not remove my actual callouses. Next, a scalding hot towel was laid over my shins burning the absolute shit out of my legs. On a positive note, the paint job on my toe nails is not bad. Once my big toe nail stops burning, I think the limp will go away. I am sure there are some good technicians here but I will not be returning for fear of getting tortured by this dude again.
