Today I ordered lunch for Jason's Deli and the food (Cowboy Sandwich) when delivered very poorly made. I called the store and instead of giving me a song and dance or making excuses the manger said, " I am so sorry" and "that's not how we do thing" - she sent a new new sandwich along with a lovely desert (strawberry short cake) that was fresh and delicious.
A business is run by people and we sometimes make mistakes. When that happens it's the mangers/owners responsibility to step-up and correct the problem in a friendly manner. That is just what this young lady did today. "Snaps for Jason's Deli management staff"
