rev:text	No stars. I hated this place. I bought the groupon for the business which was 1 mani/pedi spa with reflexology, the value of which was supposed to be $62. My sister and our friend also bought the deal but decided to get the 2 mani/pedi for $49 which was supposed to be valued at $124. The groupon specified that you had to call in order to use the groupon. When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone told me "don't buy the groupon, I will give you the price of it." Well, I already had and to me this was an example of a shady business deal. I made our appointments and met there. The first thing we noticed when we pulled up was the sign out front that had our treatment stating the value at $38, not the $62 that was quoted on the groupon website. So basically, the business had lied about the cost. We sat down and put our feet in water while who I think was the owner barked at the manicurists in another language. I think she was ordering them to take each of us but her employees seemed confused as to which one was supposed to work on which customer. Finally, all sorted out our manicurists started work. They each gave us a menu to ask which treatment we wanted and we said that we had the groupon. We were informed that the spa mani/pedi isnt on the menu form. So there was no way to verify what exactly should be done in the treatment. They brought us each plastic gloves filled with some hard lotion and stuck our hands in it. My sister and I were given heating pads to soften the lotion and condition our hands which felt really nice. Our friend was not and sat with her hands in the plastic gloves for 20 minutes before the manicurist finally gave her warm gloves. My manicurist in the meantime was busy swatting my legs to show me which one she wanted me to lift up. She had a little bit of an attitude with me which I didn't really like. The owner was busy still barking various orders across the salon to her employees and there seemed to be little organization. As we sat in our chairs we heard several customers complain that they had tried multiple times to set an appointment but no one ever answered. The manicurists would not do any of the massage. They would move aside and a different person would come and do the massage. I will say that the guy who did it did a wonderful job! My sister paid an up charge to polka dots on her toes which her manicurist managed to turn into streaks and didn't bother to fix. My friend paid an up charge for callous remover which was poorly poorly poorly done. As we got ready to leave and pay we noticed that the owner was now bullying customers into giving bigger tips and to give to both the person who massaged the client and the manicurist. She was mean and she was rude. She also gave us a card that would allow us the groupon price all the time. Awesome except both my sister and my friend wasted extra money on buying the 2 mani\pedis. All in all I would never go here again. It was dirty, they were rude and I felt like my experience didn't matter to them at all.
