  • On my flight to LAX from Pheonix, me and my family were checking in our luggage and we found out that our flight was delayed and rescheduled to Jan 6, although they did not notify us at all about this transaction, I sat in the back of the plane which was very uncomfortable and loud and the seats weren't able to lean back. I did not have any room to place my luggage because the compartment above my seat was occupied by another passengers luggage. Attendant made me shove my luggage under my seat leaving me no space to rest my feet. Very disappointed.
