  • This is the closest Starbucks to my new house and I was super excited it was a drive thru, but I have been highly disappointed. I get a soy vanilla latte every day and when they messed up my drink once I forgave them, but the second and third time... come on! I worked at Starbucks in college in California and if we messed up a drink that many times for a regular we would be taken off bar or register. The sad part is the cashier reads back my order and its correct and then I get my drink and its a soy latte..no vanilla? I don't know who the shit supervisor is or manager at this location, but they need to teach better customer service
