  • I received a comment from Erika on my previous review and she reached out to me to see if there was anything they could do to remedy my previous negative experience. I gave them a second chance to make it right and it looked like between Lloyd and Kevin we were going to put something together. Before they would even start on the paperwork the management asked me to remove my review. I agreed because I was wanted to forget my previous experiences and start fresh. Now before I continue I must say that Lloyd and Kevin are superb Salesman and I really did enjoy working with them. They had amazing customer service and did everything they could to make it right. We had already negotiated everything over the phone so we walked in ready to buy a car and walk out. We started filling out all the standard paperwork. About an hour and a half in The dealership brings out the Key for the Van and it's a no name unbranded spare key with no buttons to unlock or lock the vehicle. When we test drove the car we used a regular fob with unlock and lock but now they were saying that they didn't have it. So Kevin goes back and checks and they found it but he states it's not working. They agree to get it working but a 2015 really should come with two working fobs. Not one worn out fob and a cheap unbranded spare. So we look past it and move on. At this point we've been waiting about 3 hours in the lobby. All we're waiting for at this point is financing. Two days prior I stated I already had financing in place but they were confident they could beat my rate and get me a good deal. Three hours later I finally sit down to see the finance guy and he's got a total attitude. He's rushing through the paperwork and is very short with us. At this point I just want to know this stellar rate.. he comes back at 5.89% almost 2 points higher than my financing. I then told him we'd just come back with a check and he says "let me just send this out to the Banks and see what they come back at" at that point I'm pretty shocked. So this guy really just quoted me a 5.89% without checking to see if that was the best rate he could get me? Keep in mind I have multiple mortgages and very solid credit and have purchased quite a few cars..So I'm not new to this. What he did was extremely shady. I'm pretty sure they make more the higher rate they get you to agree to. I was ready to walk out but my Dad says "well how long will that take?" He replied 10 minutes. My dad says "ok you got 10 minutes" the finance guy very rudely fires back "I got 10 minutes or you got 10 minutes?" At this point we just walk out. I've tried several times over the past few years to buy a car from this specific dealer and every time I've had to walk out and buy something elsewhere. We gave them a final shot but I honestly cannot recommend this Dealership until they have a more honest approach. In keeping up with tradition it seems..we've since purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Even bought a brand new one over used as well.
