  • When will Yelp allow 0 stars? I see the reviews from renters, this review is from the home owner side: same thing. The number of complaints with BBB for this company speaks volumes (as of this review, 16 complaints in 3 years including mine). Poor service, excessive fees especially during an eviction, lack of responsiveness, do not provide adequate documentation on costs and fees, owner is rude on the telephone, much of the vertical services work appears to be his company as well. In fact, at one point Terry Kozell, the owner, refused to talk to me any further because I truly believe he thought I was too business savvy when I questioned some of his business practices. Read the contract very carefully and/or have your attorney review it. It is very one-sided and costly to terminate. Made the mistake of not checking BBB/Yelp/etc. prior to signing contract to manage a home in Gilbert, otherwise would have known to clearly stay away from Terry and his company. Have initiated complaints with Arizona Dept of Real Estate, BBB, etc. There are good property management companies in the area, and I would never use this company again.
