  • I honestly wish there was a zero star rating available for this business. Long story short they have a website issue that took all of my personal and confidential information including credit card, scheduled me and then when I show up 5 min early even for my appointment all I get is a smug sarcastic look from the girl behind the desk saying sorry our website made a mistake and no one can see you. Yet they are open at this point for over another hour and the "doctor" just finishes her last appointment and continues in the conversation with about 50 reasons why they cannot help me as apposed to giving me just one reason to help me. If there is a legitimate issue with their website thats not my problem but I do it understand it however, I do not understand nor deserve the smug cold shoulder sarcasm while looking at their watches and waiting to leave attitude and pushing me out the door with a sorry have a nice day... Bottom line, this company needs some real training on how to handle people that are hurting and come in for help. If Sun Valley claims to be in the "medical" industry it better get its act together or its going to be short lived in Arizona. They're in business clearly to take your money and frustrate you and not care for you as a human being or service you. This letter will be copied and pasted in all social media outlets, YELP and BBB and The Arizona Attorney General's office. Thank you.
