I love coming to BODI. It seriously kicks my tush in the best way possible. I leave every time with a YEEEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! feeling. I honestly feel like I can do anything after finishing this class.
The style of class is a circuit, you are in a group of 5-8 people depending on the crowd. You work your own pace and try to keep up with the true fitness rock stars. The music and coach keeps you motivated through the entire series. Then you swap over to the next move. It is pretty simple to follow.
There are two classes -- pick either Sweat (for cardio) or Strength (for- duh!). Do not be mistaken, both will make you sweat!!!
Come ready to crush it for a solid 40 minutes (you are given plenty of water breaks to catch your breath), and prepare to be sore the next day
They are in the process of building a new spot which I'm excited about b/c currently the restrooms here freak me out a little and overall the space is just too tight for all the people who love this class as much as I do .
My only suggestion is to keep it about 5 or 10 min longer. Since the first 5 minutes are warm up and instructions, I feel a little slighted when I'm leaving after just 45 or 50 minutes total. The price is par for the area, but still "up there", so I find real value when I get to work out hard for as much of the 60 minutes as possible (no matter how much I feel like I'm dying at the time).
Nikki, Madi, Sarah -- keep up the great work. You are all amazing at your job and keep me smiling through the class. Can't wait to see the new digs :-)
