  • I paid $317 in cash for prescription glasses. After waiting 7 days and being told that it was going to be another 7 days on top of that I decided to cancel and get a refund. Then I was told they cannot refund my cash back or apply cash to my debit card. I now have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund check. Are you kidding me? After 20 years of buying prescription glasses every three years from Lens Crafters i will never go back to them ever again. I am still waiting to receive my refund check!
