  • This is NOT based on any actual movement of furniture. Severely disappointed. I have NO idea how this company has 4.9 stars. I called and made an appointment to have my house moved on a friday from charlotte to SC. It would have taken an entire day. I made that clear when I made the appointment. I had 2 pick up locations in charlotte and asked if they could be there at 9 am. They said they didn't open til 9 even though the website says 8. No big deal. So they said they could be there 9:30 ish. 9:15 they called to let me know they would be late due to getting a bigger truck. No problem. They should be there close to 10. I called at 10 to see how far away they were (I was on someone elses schedule as well) the owner had to call his guys to find out. The owner called me back and said they headed to the second location but were on the way. If they had made it all the way to the second location they should be at the original location at about 10:30-10:45. Starting to be a problem. I called again at 11 and was told they were almost there. At noon they quit answering the phone. I left that location at 1pm. They never showed up nor did anyone bother to call me back .... Period. The fact that I was flat out lied to was the worst part, had the owner just been honest I could respect that and made other arrangements. So I was left at the last minute to try to find someone else to do the job. I'm disabled and this was a real slap in the face as far as customer service. Thanks for all of you non help. I can see why the one other negative reviewer cussed at you. Had someone bothered to answer the phone I would have too. Very very unprofessional.
